No, you are not required to meet a minimum number of leases each month. However, if you get 3 leases in a month, your agent dues are waived for the following month!

We allow NEW HOME sales ONLY! Since we are not members of the MLS, you will not be be able to assist clients with existing homes.

The monthly fee gives you access to all your agent resources. This includes access to our full content gallery, company email, company landing page, one-on-one training calls, and invoicing.

Yes, since we are a real estate brokerage, you are required to hang your license with us.
